Sleep by the sea
The Sandgate Hotel was built specifically as a small hotel in the mid-1800s, serving the growing importance of Folkestone as an elegant Victorian seaside resort.
There's little Victorian about our bedrooms now, unless you count the original balconies at the front overlooking the sea (some pleasures never change).
All rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Most rooms have full sea views and four rooms have balconies overlooking the sea. Even the two rear rooms look out on a pleasant, characteristic row of seaside cottages. Whether you're in the area for work, en route to France or here for an extended break, we want to make you wish you could stay for longer.»Check availability and book online»
